Why I love HR
I’ve always wanted to work in HR. Ever since I can remember! I was greatly inspired by my Dad, who was a small business owner and had a range of challenges with his team members.
I strongly believe that GREAT HR is the key to business success. Research has proven that employees can strongly influence customer satisfaction and profit, in both a positive and negative way.
If you can hire and keep talented people, build a unified team that work together to achieve a common goal, and nip problems in the bud before they get out of hand, you’re going to be winning in business.
My approach to HR is ‘refreshingly different’ and based on what I know works in the real world (not text book answers).
