Why work with me?
I have a Masters in HR Management and a degree in Business Studies, and I’m fellows accredited by the CIPD (which basically means I’ve proven myself as an HR Director).
During my career, I’ve worked for a variety of companies, in very senior HR roles, including Global HR Director for Pearson Technology and Head of HR at Argos.
I’ve done pretty much everything from helping hundreds of people be more confident and effective at managing people, improving employee engagement levels, solving complex problems like absence, conflict and poor performance as well as identifying how companies can work more effectively and become more profitable (yes really, that’s the role of a HR Director).
I’ve led a global team of 25 people myself, so I know first-hand how rewarding, yet challenging people management can be and how lonely it can be when you’re the boss.
