HR Strategy - I created an HR Strategy for a Charity looking to transform it's culture and ensure the team can work more collaboratively together to meet their goals. This included a workshop on vision and values and addressing poor performance and conflict within the team.
Recruitment - Attracting the best and brightest people to join your business is critical to your success. I've hired a range of key roles on behalf of my clients, including Earth Observation Data Scientists, Head of Finance, HR Managers and a Digital Marketing Executive.
Leadership Coaching - I partnered with a CEO who was struggling to manage her team, and gave her the confidence, techniques and support to become a more impactful leader. She made some tough people decisions which have had a positive impact on her and her business
Management Training Programmes - I'm currently designing a 9-month training programme for a senior management team to give them the tools, techniques and confidence to deliver the business plan. It covers strategy and finance, leading people and communicating effectively
Contracts & Handbooks - I designed a bespoke employment contract and employee handbook for the owner of a small retailer who wanted peace of mind to ensure she protected her business and met all her legal obligations
Employee Issues - I recently investigated a grievance on behalf of a Charity, where an employee had claimed bullying and harassment by her Manager
