All big corporates have a HR Director.

Having worked for many big corporates as an HR Director, my ultimate responsibility was to find new and  innovative ways to hire, motivate and keep the best and brightest people and protect the business from making costly mistakes. I was paid a six figure salary to take care of the company’s most precious and expenses asset – it’s people.

Essentially my job is all about ensuring the company has the right people with the right skills at the right price, to make the company super successful and get ahead of the competitors. There are many factors that impact this which I have to manage. The quality of the managers, the culture and the way people work together, the pay and benefits, making sure people are trained properly, the ability to find and attract the best people to work for us, dealing with the people who have bad attitudes or are underperforming.

Because technology, products etc. can be so easy to copy, many successful entrepreneurs have started talking about the importance of their employees and working as a team.

But most smaller businesses can’t afford to hire a HR Director.

All my prices are on the website, so you don’t have to waste time enquiring. And all my services are pay as you go, or a fixed price.
